049 is a average looking plague doctor from the medieval ages, he has a urge to cure the world of a unknown virus. he has a cure but his cure is flawed and turns people into brain eating zombies that kill everyone in their path, 049 can cause someone to go into cardiac arrest just by touching them, which needs him to have gloves on while being contained.

will be passive if needing guests, but if breached he may try to turn them into zombies same result if under fear rp
1.3 How would this SCP react around The Chaos Insurgency?:
Usually will try to avoid them as he is usually kidnapped by them. same result if under fear rp

If under fear Rp he will be passive.
1.5 How would this SCP react around other SCP’s?:
He may try to help 035 but generally try to avoid others.
1.6 How would this SCP react to breaching to the surface?:
he may just go back in as there is no one for him to cure
