This is malicious compliance in it's purest form which is normally grounds for auto-deny, but there is some much needed context here.

This man right here was the Commander for Operation Jupiter - the VERY first one back in 2017. Then he was high command in Operation Saturn and Commander in Operation Tempest more often than he wasnt, frankly. When he wasnt DVL, he was trusted to be their right-hand-man in terms of Enforcement Lieutenant, Intelligence Officer, or what have you.

The amount of respect I have for Lot's dedication to the faction and willingness to go through the bullshit CI faces to make roleplay as a whole better, even after half an entire decade, is immeasurable. I cannot even begin to QUANTIFY how much of a W it is for CI right now that this man has decided to come back a fourth time.

(That and Sosa said "make a forum post and ill accept", and when you are the the role model and figurehead of the chaos insurgency, you actually have enough leverage to shitpost like this.)
