Do you believe you can include everyone (with exceptions) in your events?: Yes I do
Do you believe you can create your own enjoyable events?: Yes I do
How would you handle someone who is intentionally attempting to ruin your event?: Typically calling staff or separating them from the event works to discourage something
How would you handle not having access to do something crucial to your event?: Improvise something new. It's impossible to always know what you can/cannot access
How would you handle a staff member that is not cooperating with you?: Escalate it up the chain of command or try to disengage from them. Depends what the problem is.
How would you handle your event if it wasn’t going as planned?: Improvisation is the name of the game. Typically when an event doesn't go to plan I improvise something new to follow the direction the players seem to be going in. If there are story beats that need to be seen then gentle nudges in the correct direction help a lot.
