Tell us about yourself (150 words minimum): My name is Cesar Ezequiel, i'm 24 years old, i'm a huge fan of the SCP:RP in Gmod, i've been playing this gamemode for almost 3 years, back in concordia and parallax, i meet a lot of people during my playtime, i have so much memories of back then and that is one of the reasons to join in this community. my hobbies are not out of the ordinary, i like games, music, and computing, i've been studing a lot of computing so i can get a job about this, i'm still trying. i like a lot of other games besides gmod, like RPG's, Shooters, Adventures, etc. i was thinking about apply for staff after all this time, i wasn't sure, but i think is the right time, i want to help this community, and i think this is the right way to do it.

How will your activity be on the server?: i used to get on after 6 pm EST almost every day.
Days, Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 week without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): i can get on almost everyday depends of job, etc. but i'm available after 6 pm EST every day.
What could you do to help the community and/or the server?: using my knowledge to teach new people how to play this gamemode, providing RP with my characters and maybe in the future as RP Mod.

NLR - Remembering & using information after death when you respawn.
Powergaming - Performing RP actions that your character is physically incapable of doing or doing multiple actions in 1 /me preventing the other person from countering it.

5: You can not have a character under a height of 5'7 and use long-range Snipers and large Explosive Weapons at the same time.
32: The defending force can not use Explosives indoors.
Treatment Rules-Self Treatment: You can self-treat your injurys if you above minor wound, but if you minor wound you must do a /me to treat it but, anything below that will need to be done in a medbay by another person.
Rules of Detainment: When a person have a weapon in there hand they can not be detain until that weapon is out of there hand like doing a /me to remove it.
MTF Rule 1: MTF should not go in to neutral territory without a valid reason.
What would you do if you saw a Security or Researcher on the surface?: if the Security or researcher doesn't have a RP reason to be in the surface i will send him to sit to explain him that he should not be in the surface without a RP Reason if he doesn't know.
Explain how to use a /me and the roll system: You use a /me to do an RP action such as /me Tackles entity in front of them then you would /roll to determine if you won or not if the other person decides to try & counter you.
Explain NLR: NLR is New Life Rule, any and all information you had in your previous life after you died can no longer be used once you respawn such as GOI locations.
Explain Metagame: Metagame is when you use OOC information IC, like a D-Class saying in /ooc that he is disguised as a GSU in Red-Room to go straight to there and kill him.
