Chaos Insurgency Re Work Suggestion.

Rule based:
The Chaos Insurgency Should not be raiding all the time but they should be doing it sometimes. Chaos Insurgency should be raiding 2 hours apart [maybe less?] And they should have an SCP objection for the week or just planned by CI command. This objective should go from Stealing SCPs to research on and utilize on to Capturing Certain foundation personal to extract info from.

This allows the Chaos insurgency an in character reason to raid the foundation in the first place and provides MTF and everyone else more things to do than sit around and wait for a containment breach. When CI steal an SCP there is usually an chance of MTF to track them down and raid the facility which they are being held at to re secure the SCP. This will make it where MTF use tracking skills to stay hidden from hostiles and follow them back to their base [an RP reason to go to CI base and raid them]

Game Based:
So an Sergeant+ would lead the raid with at least 4 or more chaos insurgency [2 hour cooldown between, maybe one depending what people think/want] This Sergeant+ Should either be a command member with an objective or be following the objectives from where the command post them at. The Person leading the raid should always focus on the main objective while he has other CI personal help get the SCP or personal that they need to get.

So I am going to move to ranks The ranking structure goes from Alpha>Beta>Delta>Gamma with Alpha being the less experienced personal in CI such as escaped d class with almost no combat skill. These personal that are alpha operatives are used as cannon faughter essentially they make the main bulk of CI enlisted.

The Beta Operatives are the more experienced personal of the chaos insurgency. These personal are mainly NCOs who lead raids and have great combat experience. These personal can range from Rogue MTF units showed "The Engine" Or just rogue special forces. Than we have the Delta Operatives of the CI These personal are refer to as Delta Command These are LTs or anyone in command like that. Than we have Gamma Command, These are the leaders of the Chaos Insurgency I suggest this be the colonel, the commander, the head researcher, and Assistant head Researcher. The people in gamma command should be the one posting objectives [ if not gamma than delta is next in line to do so.] Although most people in the Chaos Insurgency do not know who Gamma command are they are mainly reliant on delta command to Relay orders to the lower enlisted of the Chaos insurgency.

So I will go into an little lore about the chaos insurgency most will be copy and pasted.

To the majority of the Foundation and the anomalous world, the Insurgency was a splinter group that went A.W.O.L. with several researchers and anomalous objects. In reality, the O5 Council had created the Insurgency to complete missions with ethically questionable methods and politically unsavory results—while keeping the Foundation's public reputation clean. For approximately twenty-four years, the Insurgency operated under the guise of Foundation defectors, using anomalous objects to secretly further the goals of the O5 Council.

The modern-day Chaos Insurgency bears some similarities to the organization that founded it. The Chaos Insurgency's Delta Command, shrouded in mystery, issues orders to the lower ranks. Gamma-class researchers and military commanders have oversight over the execution of the Delta Command's orders, while Beta-class personnel, while not given the same level of command as Gamma-class, carry out the Insurgency's work in the field. Alpha-class personnel, often recruited from individuals with little to no knowledge of the anomalous, accept offers of employment often because the alternative is to carry on a miserable existence outside the anomalous world. They are the grunt workers: numerous and expendable.

So how I think this should work is that CI isn't all donator you start as a grunt [Alpha Operative] and than you work your way up to soldier [beta operative] Alpha operatives should be able to attend training /tryouts for sub divisions like marksman and medic but things like Explosive expert and Tech Specialist should be beta operative+ [You should keep heavy and infiltrator donator so you can have some way to make money off those] CI research should not go into site at all unless guarded by 5+ Ci Beta operatives.

now the next thing I am going to speak about is a little bit... debatable but some Research should have an sub branch where they can get their way into site and act as site personal aka site personal research. This would be deep cover and take more than an day this gives I.S time to sniff them out and all that so its kind of RP for everyone.

Developer Thing

So I'm not sure if you guys wanna add new jobs for these things but it wouldn't be that hard I think in reality its all up to how the Commander , Colonel, and head researcher handle CI and the outcome of what they do determines if its good or not. {note you should at least have an member of the senior staff team like an lead admin or super admin watch over CI for the beginning transaction when they become active again] This is just a re work suggestion.

This post is kinda meaningless now cause I thought CI was inactive and didn't have command but you can feel free to take any ideas from it or tell me any ideas your like
