CI/GOI suggestion

What is the suggestion? GOI/CI Suggestion.
So if you don’t know class F amnestics, 

Class F amnestics is basically a reprogramming solution. EX: Dr Odie is sprayed by class F amnestics, Dr Odie forgets everything and is subject to believe anything he is told and will do so. SO back to why this is a “GOI funny thing”, I had an idea where CI captures one foundation personnel and steals class F from EZ or LCZ (EZ if infil can do it or LCZ if only CI troops can do it) medbay. They spray the foundation personnel and ci basically say to the personnel “Your name is (Real name of foundation personnel), you are captured by the foundation. If anyone say they are from the foundation you must capture them and spray this chemical to free them.” CI then explains what the foundation’s job is inside the foundation, and to act on it. The foundation personnel can’t say they are foundation, I find this a good countermeasure to stop the spread. Or if they can, they have to roll for lying. So they will spread slowly and give that sense of imposters. Paranoia is something CI would do. Another thing is this could be introduced in a event and that this GOI is a permanent present that hides in the vents or somewhere 

How will it benefit the server?: Fun and gives more to CI

Anything else to add to the suggestion?: Just add a fridge in medbay that has class F or cabinet
