Auth you are applying for:
I would like for my character, Josh Newhamp, to have some rollbonuses for RP. Here is my proposal;

+20Dexterity for a -10 to Combat

+15 to Charisma for a -15 to Constitution

Spawning with an X-BOI would also be extremely, EXTREMELY cool. It is literally a portable game console that is in my inventory. I understand if this part is not accepted, though. But it would be VERY cool to have for bonding with both Class-D and Foundation Personnel.

My Reason behind having these auths:

Dexterity

He was also extremely sly. Being as small as he was, he realized that it would be better to become faster and sneakier rather than having a small body, but large muscles. He had run on the track 2 hours a day in his young days. He was capable of pickpocketing many unsuspecting people, much of them incapable of seeing him at all due to his size and sneakiness.

Charisma

During his time outside of the foundation as a criminal mastermind, Josh, as a young man, was EXTREMELY attractive as much as he was talkative. Using his absolute charm, he could easily convince people with his nice, soothing voice. He was extremely experienced at this, as he was able to bribe police and many, MANY more people, much of his prison years being added on simply because of bribery.
