Reason for Session: Requested by HM/Director

Observations: through out the test Corvo shown heavy signs of remorse to what happened, stating he didn't understand why he would kill his friends. "Corvo was placed under amnestic after his results" I began standard questioning attempting to learn what he remembered about the event, he stated he only remembers "waking up, seeing blood and the smoke from his gun, the body laying on the floor and a someone coming in to get him.". I attempted to push further but his memory is foggy and cannot remember. i wanted to see if the UA had any effects on him still so i gave him my gun on safety to see how he acted with it. Around this time we also had a knock on the door, upon opening was a note saying "the fog is coming". i continued without causing alarm and kept the note for the moment. Corvo shown signs of shakiness and discomfort with the gun. i attempted to push him further by making him take it off safe, he did so and the shaking grew more violent and uncontrolled. he began to mumble at this point saying "its a odd feeling, how fragile life is, how fragile the mind and body is. how easy it is to take a life". it was hard to tell if that was PTSD rambling or Sadistic rambling. to attempt to find out which i had him point the gun at me, he did so but stated this is a bad idea. i told him its fine and to do so. around this time a second knock this time the LT opened and said they found another note, it spoke more about the fog, i had them post up across the hall incase of more and continued the evaluation. Corvo then stated "theres this feeling deep in my mind, its so small but its there, i can feel it trying to come out.... (a long lingering) but its wrong, i shouldn't (puts gun on the desk)" i take the gun and unload the rubbers to prove i was in no danger. and wrapped up the test.

Conclusion: Corvo is under the influence of a UA, he may have broken from its power but the thoughts linger. i prescribed him with Class W Amnestic or better known as Anti-Memetic Drugs, they work like regular Amnestic targeting the neural pathway to memory, however this will prevent Corvo from letting the UA memories surface and cause another attack, this also will prevent Corvo from being amnesticised by amnestics unless he stops taking them for 3 days, causing a required Class C to be used. i recommend not doing so as it could have side effects and cause mental damage to Corvo. additionally he was prescribed PTSD medication. and was told to not use non-rubberized ammunition unless approved by a level 4.

Diagnosis: Safe for Light Labor.
