I would recommend a prosthetic as you kind of willingly gave up your leg, and only have something to gain by having it cyberneticly replaced.
I would also recommend coming up with some downside to this.

Ultimately, it's up to higher staff to make the call.

Emp. Yes, but if a d-class, jr res, or SO lost a body part they'd normally get a prosthetic. The exception is when they cant survive with just a prosthetic, like Black
