1. Do not start Random Death Matches (RDM) with other players. RDM may include scenarios such as: Purposely attacking another player without an in-RP reason, or hitting another player in unintentional crossfire.
cant kill others without a reason, so no deathmatch. You cant go up to a person and shoot them for no reason. that's just not fun
2. You are not to metagame under any circumstances. Metagaming is using OOC (Out of Character) information in-RP. For instance, dying by an SCP and then reporting that said SCP escaped containment is considered metagaming.
You cant use info taken ooc and use it for ic scenarios. Includes ooc chat too
3. LootRP must be RPModded by staff.
If you want a keycard from a corpse you need staff present for it
4. No Powergaming (Example: Performing an action that is not physically possible for your character to do or multiple actions at the same time)
You cant do unreasonable actions such as "/me teleports behind you and kills you instantly". i mean... you might get a pass on that one if you are anomolous
5. RP situations can be affected by other RP situations. (You can get shot and killed during a RP situation by an outside force.)
If i duel 5151, I can still be killed by 173. this happened once and yeah it was unfun but was still not against the rules

1. Gangs are allowed in D-Block but they should not be discriminatory groups. (I.E 'The KKK')
You can make a gang called "the clowns" and keep it but you cant groups like "Margret thatcher cosplay group"
2. Characters under the height of 5'7 are incapable of using long-range Snipers and large Explosive Weapons (e.g. Snipers, RPGs, Javelins etc...) without approval from a Sector+.
When making a character, if you put it as below 5'7 they then cannot use any swep that is very large.
3. Character descriptions are the physical description of your character, your likes/dislikes shouldn't be on it.
PHYSICAL Descriptions are to show physical things about your character, it wouldn't show your likes on your face
4. Captured Persons cannot be taken to canon related zones that are inaccessible (E.g. Foundation Vault, CI Vault etc...) at any point.
Lets say you have a CI grunt. you cant bring them to the vault for questioning, because that would just be bullshit if they came to rescue him and they cant get in
5. SCP-2292 cannot help other SCPs breach.
The gorilla wouldn't have the motivation nor the reason to open specific doors to let the scp's out
