[Previous Site/Area Experience]: Began at Area-XYZ one as part of the Theology department but was encouraged to join the Biology department. He was then transferred to Site 48 where he began returning to studying Theology and eventually thaumaturgy with the permission of DoR Noxxs. Over time he gained a reputation as a smart straightforward individual liked among many departments, this recognition allowed him to easily excel in experimentation and to complete his specialist training. He was then promoted into Research Administration where he was promoted twice. When DoR Noxxs was promoted to [EXPUNDGED] Overseer Simons and Sinclair both declined the position so it was put to a research department vote. While close, Simons was the victor and took the position begrudgingly, sitting that he was sure he “wouldn't have time to do tests at now.”

However, Simons fit well into his position and accomplished several goals including raising research department activity, restarting the biohazard department, establishing a colony of SCP-610 at Site 48, and restarting the Class-E program. However a year into his position, several security personnel attempted a coup against the security chief. Dr. Simons’ name was among their supporters. While Simons voiced dislike for the CoS’s leadership methods, it was determined he had no involvement. However, due to this event, Dr. Simons decided to step down, leave the site, and accept a demotion to Jr. DoR Sinclair noted while this was meant to be a punishment he suspected Dr. Simons preferred it this way.

[Notable Achievements]: Discovered a cache of Sarktic, and Daevite texts stolen by the Mekanites. Established a isolated SCP-610 colony.  Was appointed DoR of Site-48. Cataloged four new anomalies.

Background Information
[Past Training]: Engineering training (very limited). Biology minor. Theology major.

[Background History]: Dolf Simons’ father, Randal was a warden at a Florida prison, where the hard-handed man ruled with the same iron fist he used on his son. His mother Jessica was a viciously religious schoolteacher who while kind was a stern woman who only excepted hard facts unless it came from the Bible.

Randal was drastically different, a man who vigorously believed in science, loving the woes of history. But something of his mother's religious zeal was turned into a curiosity for religion. In time he majored in Theology, reluctantly taking a minor in Biology due to the option less path of theology.

His career with the foundation began after first meeting Dr. Noxx, a senior researcher at the time. During a Sarktic terror attack, Dr. Simons and several civilians were caught in the crossfire, Dr. Simons demonstrated an impressive level of clarity and resourcefulness. While he was amnesticized regardless Dr. Noxx made the request Dr. Simons be recruited.

During his first year, he was an excellent researcher if a bit nosey, soon learning the prison his father was a warden for was actually a Foundation front for a POI prison. While his father died two years before Simons’ recruitment he was an excellent commander and a valued member of the foundation in his own right.
