Suggestion: DVLs notifying their Division

What is the suggestion?: Allow Division Leads to be able to @ their Division in discord.

How will it benefit the server?: Division Leads will be able to properly coordinate with their Division over discord such as trainings, activities, or valuable information.

Anything else to add to the suggestion?: N/A

Although there is not a role for this, I just had this issue myself as a SA and got Galaxy to edit SOC and ROC role to be able to ping branches. Any abuse of this permission and they will lose it off course.
