FOUNDATION LOGISTICAL LOG

--FOUNDATION ENGINEERING REPAIR LOG--

Date of Repair: 12/19/22

Personnel Involved: MTF Juggernaut, Vault Sec, 1 R.O.C. Personnel.

Description of the Issue: Vault doors still have the potential to be breached by entities, i.e. an entity able to break it like a stick.

Tools Required: Power Tools, Wrenches

Materials Required: Reinforced metal and proper gears for door mechanics in case of error.

Description of Repair: Doors were applied with new framing to hold integrity, as well as plated with stronger material to keep them in place upon action used to bend or crush doors.

Future Repair Required? (Optional) : Depending on whether or not reinforced door holds, administration of stronger material may be required.

Additional Notes: In case of further entities being held in Vault, it may be required to branch out in order to create new stronger CCs.
