Description of Incident: An unknown structure was found on the surface roughly 300 meters away from the facility in the North Western Direction. Initially, it was SID that responded to it staying at a hill behind the structure, and soon I arrived to do a threat assessment. Once the assessment was done a UFO that was hovering above the base flew off in a southern direction behind a hill and disappeared. It was mostly Organic with some Mechanical, which was also the same with the soldiers we faced on the ground. We tried to make peaceful contact with them but they opened fire on us first so we responded in kind.

Results of Incident: We discovered that they were planting cameras around the entrances of numerous buildings around the area. One was at the Mining complex's underground entrance, One was placed at our Facility, and the last was placed at the broken church to the southeast of the facility that was blown up previously. Both Sera and Hallow were mortally wounded in the expedition and taken to the ICU at a nearby hospital for "Electrical wounds/burns" when in reality they were both hit with some unknown force that knocked them unconscious and barely alive. We also discovered that they were a sub-ground called [REDACTED] from the GOI Church of the Broken God. As pointed out by Nightmare.

Notes: The weapons and some of the objects in the building were collected and stored in the vault for further testing and reverse engineering for Research and engineering to accomplish.
