Description of Incident:

Two portals open leading, one in firing range, and the other in d-block. I got one of the fish that fell out of the portal in d-block, when I dissect it, it was a normal freshwater bass. Two sec when in to the portal, they come out of a portal about 10-15 minutes after that did appeared in r-wing testing chamber, the portal disappear shortly after. They were attack by tentacles probably from a giant squid or octopus. They were brought to medbay, as they were being healed, another portal shown up in medbay and a fisherman shown up. He was the one who help the sec that went in get out. His name was General Zerof. He has the ability to open portals to on quote "his next big hunt." He was detain and place in the vault.

(Within the Portal)

Once entering the portal, it seemed like the location we (Officer Smoke and Cloaker) found ourselves in was in the middle of the ocean with a boat nearby. As we began to look around something was in the water, and we had climbed onto the boat. The creature made contact with the boat and caused it to rock. We were told to find an exit, and, in the process, I was attacked by the creature and was saved by the officer. Again, once resting the creature rocked the boat and soon an eel jumped from the water and was quickly taken by something beneath it. A tentacle emerged from the water and began to attack the boat causing me to fall overboard and wake up in the R-wing testing chamber.

Results of Incident: The injuries inflicted on the personel involved were dealt with, a dissection was performed by Doctor Cruz on one of the fish that had fallen from the portal, and the man was contained within the vault.
