Contact higher ups if soldier has gain approval for the release the prisoner otherwise don't.

Hold fire unless given orders by higher ups or gain permission to engage MTF unit.

Alpha- Leaders of the CI, Top of Chain Of Command.
Sigma- Bottom of the ranks new fresh units.
Delta- Experienced Units out of sigma now proper into CI.
Beta- Second highest of the CI units like Commanding Officers.
Gamma- Veterans units like officers leading lower ranks units.
