While I don't agree with permanent bans for stuff like this, you definitely need to chill out with the careless and unrestrained sexual remarks, especially when people are telling you to tone down

I mean, fam, you've been warned numerous times about things like this. You keep doing it, and both you and they are VERY underage. Perhaps some time away will teach you better manners when it comes to 'jokes'.

It was more than "a few sexual jokes and it was just blown out of proportion".
You have been timed out several times over various rule breaks, usually regarding offensive content on top of making very sexual comments such as these.

There is a big difference between "a few sex jokes" and literally telling two minors to take turns giving you a blowjob. Regardless if you yourself are also a minor, none of us want to ponder the topic.
An example of an "appropriate" sex joke (Yes I know, quite the oxymoron.) Would be how I handle jokes as such, like calling myself "Head of Sex" or saying there will be a "sex event". These are very obviously ridiculous claims and not very detailed.

HOWEVER, if you genuinely cared enough to make an appeal for this, here's how we can go about this:

A) You can stay banned until 2/27/23 (Tuesday)

B) You can be unbanned now, however you will be timed out for an additional week.

Either choice will put you on thin ice upon returning. Any future trouble from you will result in a PERMANENT Discord ban, as well as the possibility of being Community Banned, depending on the severity of the offense.
