Personnel Involved: Lieutenant Horno, [K.I.A.] FMO Romianov, SSO Lawrence, SSO Floyd, SID Heavy Gaz, SID Supervisor "Grim", Doctor Golzar, Doctor Spooner

SCP/UA Involved: An entity, presumed to be Sarkic, who referred to itself as "The Voice of the First Flesh"

Description of Incident: I came on area and was met with a Code Gray. Upon making my way to R-Wing, multiple corpses of fleshy entities were scattered seeming to originate in the room on the way to the R-Wing Testing Chamber. A humanoid entity who was garbed in a robe and appeared to be made of flesh and leeches presented itself to us and began to converse, starting by offering us "Divinity". I will spare a majority the details of my conversation with the entity as I believe research has made a report on what occurred. Upon further questioning by Dr. Spooner, the UA revealed more information regarding what was discussed. An FMO in the room expressed interest in receiving "Divinity" and consumed flesh the UA offered him. I was unable to identify what kind of meat was offered. After some time, the FMOs fingers began to grow to abnormal lengths and he began purging fire from them. The FMO was executed by all present Security on the spot. After further questioning regarding the name of who the UA served, I fell unconscious, presumably a result from the UA, though no confirmation was made.

Results of Incident: The UA has been housed in the Friendly Humanoid Containment Cell in R-Wing and shows no hostilities to foundation as of now. The FMOs body has been secured in the vault and research is pursuing an autopsy.

Notes: The Sarkic expressed when asked who made a circle that allowed him to enter quote, "Why my friends of course." I suspect someone on area to be in contact with the GOI and suggest Provost begin an investigation IMMEDIATELY.
