Date of Incident: December 17, 2022

Personnel Involved: HRT Pretzel, SSO Pric, SSO Kirk, Agent Priest, 1 More HRT whos name i couldnt gather. (Prob forgot some. Let me know if i missed you!)

SCP/UA Involved: Sarkics.

Description of Incident: I was in R-wing and heard some weird noises. I radio'ed for back-up and SSO Pric came. 2 minutes later i heard him yell, then some gunshots. I am still unsure of what happened. We found out that things were coming out of the hole in the Humanoid Housing Cell. We gunned down the remaining zeds. Then a flying one came from Nowhere. It spewed some type of gas, unsure what as me and the others had masks. In the process of killing it, a researcher was shot. They were moved to medbay and a sweep of the vents was conducted by SSO Kirk and SO Wisekey. Upon hearing the vents were basically clear, i gave the order to exit. While waiting, i went to get the agents name, i learned that Wisekey already exitted the vents and didnt tell me or the HRT with me. He also was mouthing off to the agent when i arrived. I am requesting Research investigate the bodies.

Results of Incident: We have learned that the Hole is accessible by Sarkics and that it needs to be patched up as soon as possible.

Notes: I am requesting a Psyche Eval or anything to determine the mental state of Officer Wisekey as He lacks proffessionalism and respect for superiors.
