[Background History]: Carlos Horno started his career in the military as soon as he turned 18, leaving only when invited to the Foundation after being noticed by Foundation Recruitment Personnel. He has a strong sense of loyalty and a desire to get the job done, "The correct way." He was a valuable asset at his old site when rounding up, training, and deploying General Security forces when are where they were needed. His combat experience with the marines has proved useful in fighting off GOIs from his previous facility, and his transfer to Area-36 Area-54B will hopefully help us defend from any potential threats, both anomalous and human.
Relationships
[Hated]
Chaos Insurgency - Fuck ooooooff...... Please.
SCP-106 - Nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope
SCP-914 - Every time a researcher puts something in that glorified slot machine, I can feel a year of my life being rubbed off...
SCP-939 - It talks too much. Simple as.
SCP-427 - It's freaky.
D-Class - They're on death row for a reason.
[Disliked]
Research - Before I was even on area for a week, they managed to almost get me killed 3 times within two days...
[Area-XYZ] Santiago - That one dick from my last site that I swear had to be acting because of how edgy he was. Acted all mysterious and shit and hated everyone who wasn't part of MTF Rho-24. Good at CQC, but about only redeeming quality about him.
T-45b Power Armor - Kind of wish SCP-912 V.2 didn't start the clash of the titans with the original, now I've got two robots on area to command, and this ones a hell of a lot harder to talk to.
Brannon - Eugh.
Europe - Fuck Europe. Especially France....
[Neutral]
Area-36 - My new assignment. It looks promising, well maintained and managed... I just hope it stays that way.
Intelligence Services - Spooks. They also don't talk to me.
Captain Wilco - Eh.
STF Alpha-35 - They've done decent so far. I just worry about some of the recruits.
[Decommissioned] MTF Eta-18 - Agents seem competent, we'll see how they compare to the last task force I've seen in action.
[K.I.A] Sergeant Corvo - I don't know what the poor bastard experienced, but it must have been awful from everything I've heard.
[K.I.A] SID Captain Wintergreen - At my last facility, SID was nothing more than a joke. I feel like they were just human sacrifices to whatever new reality bending entity showed up each week. Still, being captain means something, and with how well SID seems to be managing any UA that pops up, he must be doing something right. Maybe I should take a trip to SID HQ and have a coffee with him, try and scout out what he's like.
Head Researcher Blackwood - Eh.
Warrant Officer Cloaker - Was with me in the hospital, pretty good company. Only problem is he's..... French.....
[Liked]
Area-XYZ - Despite how piss poor it was managed, it still had a bit of a charm to it. I guess near death experiences almost every day of your life kind of grows on you. Still, I won't miss all the stupid bullshit I did there, and I DEFINITELY won't miss the constant fucking attacks from that "Celibate Insurgency"
Senior Officer Hadrian - Hehehe, he's funny. I like him.
Alexander Nightmare - Bit of a dumbass for giving the homeless wheelchair moron the knife.
Pierson - Visited me in the hospital, let me know I blasted the fucker that put me in there.
Officer Terry - Can't put my finger on it, but they remind me of someone I used to know.
Doctor Natsume - Polite, intelligent. Enough said.
[Area-XYZ] Miller - Good man and a better shot. Taught me a lot of what I know and how I manage GenSec.
[Area-XYZ] Bond - Who didn't like Bond?
SCP-343 - Helpful guy if you're ever lost.
SCP-912 - Yeah he's alright.
Lieutenant Wright - Patched me up after a test, I always liked the Foundation Medical Branch.
Sophia - Hehe, gave me permission to backhand an FMO. I don't even remember why I wanted to but man was it funny.
[Area-XYZ] Krakowski - Good chief, little up tight, but was with the foundation since my time as an SO. Miss him.
Lancaster - Jumped from SSO straight to Sergeant... definitely atypical, but he seems competent so far. Perhaps he's got something great in him yet.
Lawrence - The son of a bitch lived.
Cowell - Decently laid back, competent, and able to shoot. Pretty cool I guess.
[K.I.A] Dr. Nova - Only researcher who hasn't almost killed me yet. Also a good for conversation. | Yup, knew that was coming.
SID Lieutenant Brannon - Always there when shit goes down. Need more SID like him.
Lieutenant Faustin - Good, competent, level-headed. Good man, I made a smart choice promoting him.
[Area-XYZ] MTF Rho-24 - Skilled, no doubt about it, but damn they were wound up tight. The commander was fairly interesting, but I don't think he did anything to help their haughtiness.
[Loved]
Loving people? Too risky in this line of work. Now, ideals or organizations? Sure! Besides, it's kind of a nightmare trying to date internally anyway, I'm better off hoping I get to see retirement.
USMC - Marine stands for "Muscles are required, intelligence not expected." Still the best branch. Fuck the Navy.
Security Chief Horno - Still somehow alive
"How am I not dead yet??"
Vault Security Agent Muller - Alive
"Well, I got that promotion."
