Lets say less than fortunate circumstances with some intruders & SCP's. At the time of him being stationed on the site, I was being promoted by the Director & Security Chief Blake to Medical Captain, even when he didn't know me in the slightest he was congratulating me & even invited me to their bunks for a good few hours off duty for drinkin' & some good eats.
