MTF Agents Involved: MTF Agent "Ghost" and MTF Technician "Roadrunner"

Foundation Personnel Involved: SID Heavy Raven

GOI/UAs Involved: German Shepherd Dog

Description of Incident:

MTF Agents were called to foundation over MTF communication. SID Heavy Raven had used MTF communication to call MTF over, and MTF immediately responded. SID Heavy Raven informed MTF that a dog had shown up, being injured and a destroyed radio. MTF took the dog to surface and attempted to call MTF command. After some words, MTF Eta-18 learned that MTF Village Idiots had sent an MTF squad to investigate something out near Area-36. There after, MTF Eta-18 moved to the local town of Area-36 and investigated, soon after, the dog started to run around looking for something. The dog dug up and found an MTF badge, eventually leading us to a building out in the middle of nowhere. Upon entering the building, MTF stumbled upon CI agents and their lifeless bodies on posts, with their organs in bowls below them. After the MTF investigated for a little while, MTF found an unconscious MTF Agent inside. MTF Eta-18 immediately exfiled with the MTF Agent and brought them back to MTF FOB, MTF Agent "Ghost" healing them as Eta-18's medic. After this moment, MTF assumed responsibility for the dog and named it "Legend".

An intermission happened with the ghost entity appearing in R-Wing

After some time, the MTF went back to the mysterious building and investigated.

Building 1

MTF found a level 4 document with a list of all SCP's on Area-36 and their descriptions, MTF Agent "Ghost" picked it up and stowed it away. MTF found a room labeled "play-room" where a person was dead, surrounded by bloody pylons with sharp edges on it.

Building 2

A hole was found that when a light was dropped in it, it never stopped going down. A book was found labeled "Church of the First Flesh". Beside the Church of the First Flesh was a couple of books on ritual practices, thaumaturgy, and psionics. After opening one of the books, the room began to ripple and shape shift.

Following the ripple forming, the MTF units left the area with no further incident

Is the problem resolved? No

Resolution: The MTF Agent has been sent off area via med-evac to get ample medical attention.

The Church of the First Flesh remains where it is

The dog has been named "Legend" and will be with Eta-18 until command say otherwise
