Incident Report #2

The events began when Technician Roadrunner was flying in a helicopter doing flight exercises when he noticed a car in town. Agent Ghost went to town and apprehended a man claiming to be a tourist. The man was an Albanian citizen who was claiming to have been going to Las Vegas. He was given a map by his cousin that told him where to go. His cousin was identified as a CI Operative and later after the Man was sent off on tram after being amnesticized was located in the town. He was killed in a car explosion by Provost Cadet Maxentius, Head Marshall Pierson and MTF Agent Ghost. The body was recovered and so were the assets on him. After killing him other operatives showed up and we 3 fled to the facility and fought them off. After the defense Agent Ghost recovered another body and its assets. Both men’s equipment is now in FOB. Afterwards the bodies were taken for an autopsy Report that is also filed in a report.

Subject 1 had steel added to bones and an alloy discovered inside of him, the alloy was located inside of the neck that was unknown.There was electronics located in the skull. There was steel in the arms and a device around the leg tendons.

The Device was something created to stabilize and increase the soldier’s stamina for increased periods of time. There was a device such as this on both legs.

There was also a slight modification to the heart with unknown ability. The lungs also had modifications to assist with breathing seemingly for stamina reasons and or to hold breath longer.

The spine seems to have the largest amount of the unknown alloy located in it.
