Description of Incident:

MTF was informed of a teleporting D class, Alpha “Pathfinder” ordered MTF to move in, after some searching the D class was found at 173 and detained by MTF and security and moved to interrogation. The D class was interrogated and described a hellish landscape with 2 creatures tormenting him. One was described as a normal person but with his face scratched out (Like on a picture) and the other as a thin creature with elongated claws. During the interview, the D class began behaving irrationally, claiming he was back in that hell dimension and began panicking. The D class was administered multiple sedatives. HM Pierson Discovered a wall which was covered in a dusty black substance later identified as ash. Bodies were reported appearing throughout the facility which were ordered to be incinerated by Alpha Pathfinder. An entity referred to as the crypt keeper was spotted later who demanded the bodies be brought back to the ash covered wall. 2 bodies were incinerated and 3 were returned to the entity. The Crypt keeper demanded two ribs from SID LT Wolf (due to him incinerating the bodies.). The entity had later discovered wolf’s powers which changed the entity’s cooperation entirely. The entity demanded that wolf be taken with him. Director Sophia gave permission for Wolf to be taken. The Crypt Keeper promised to return wolf in a few days (Mentally scarred, but physically intact). The keeper and his assistants leave with wolf and the D class as a newly recruited advisor.

Is the problem resolved? (yes/no)

No, The Keeper is still at large.

Resolution:

The situation isn’t resolved. Wolf is missing for a few days. Watch for the return of the keeper.

Additional Notes:

Wolf may become uncooperative due to being forced to go with the anomaly.
