UA “The Prophet” (Stored in Vault Cell C-4)

Description of Incident:

On 10/30/22, Captain Wilco reported “A strange D class” in d block and requested MTF assistance, As we were deploying, he went dark. When we arrived we found he had been bitten by The Prophet. Wilco attempted to resist the urge to bite foundation staff but eventually tried chasing D class. He failed to bite anyone else and was detained by MTF Agent “Archon” after attempting to commit suicide. Meanwhile MTF Agent “Ghost” led the prophet back to its cell at the vault. SID was informed to bring a D class to the vault as quickly as possible. Security was called to the vault and organized into a firing line, then briefed on the anomaly’s abilities. As expected the D class was turned and breached. MTF/Security forces terminated the D class and recontained the prophet. The D class was anomalously resurrected by the prophet and returned to normal, as was Wilco. Security was removed from the vault and ordered to head to Gensec HQ for Class A amnestics.

Is the problem resolved? (yes/no)

No (Alternative Containment procedures are being looked into)

Resolution:

The Prophet was recontained, All foundation personnel and D Class except for Wilco was administered Class-A Amnestics, Dr. Nova and Vault Security were informed about the changes and research has been encouraged into looking into alternative containment procedures.
