Description of Incident:

MTF were called in to investigate a 294 test gone wrong. Research attempted to dispense a "Cup of Cuil" (See relevant research log for more information), Apparently a black hole formed and caught an SSO into it, killing them. Agent "Archon" deployed to the area and went down to 294. After being briefed on the situation, MTF and SID approached the door to 294's CC and determined it was safe to open. We discovered the corpse of the SSO and determined no anomalous activity remained in the CC. Approximately 5-7 minutes later, 294 self dispensed another black hole and MTF called in reinforcements. MTF Commander "Ghost" responded and met up with Security and MTF forces. Approximately 3 minutes later, LHCZ began trembling as if an earthquake was happening, followed by extremely loud roaring and banging (Assumed to be SCP-682 breaching containment), A code red was declared and security/MTF grabbed 999 and ran as quickly as they could to 682s CC. Upon reaching the heat vent in LHCZ, a hole leading down to the sewers was discovered. 999 jumped down the hole. The hole was determined to be too steep to climb back out of even with a ladder. Security/MTF had no choice but to jump in after 999 who then proceeded to jump down another hole. Agent "Archon" then had the idea of assembling a pole out of 173 cage parts, bringing the pole down the stairs to the hole 999 jumped into, he slipped falling down himself. The ladder was brought down to Archon who grabbed 999 and climbed back up. A UA was reported to have begun stalking the group. The group then began looking for an alternative exit while being stalked/attacked by this UA. We then stumbled on a room which looked like somebody had been living there for at least a week (Assumed to be the UA). Eventually we found an alternative way up. Approximately 2 minutes later we heard additional roaring and banging, followed by several doors being broken down getting closer. 682 was confirmed breached and 999 tickled it and brought it back to its CC without issue. 294 was discovered inside the CC, it self dispensed again causing another black hole (Which caused another 682 breach). 682 was tickled and recontained again. 294 then vanished and returned to its CC. The Supervisor and researcher responsible for this test was then called down to LCZ interro after the code green was called.

Is the problem resolved? (yes/no)

Yes, 294 and 682 were recontained.

Resolution:

The researcher who orchestrated this test has been barred from 294 tests until further notice, effective immediately. Dr. Natsume and Director Sophia will be emailed about this incident.

Additional Notes:

SID should be contacted and coordinated with to contain the UA in the sewers.
