Brief Summary in your own words (100 words): SCP-1316 otherwise know as the feline espionage device is a cat that was made by the ci to spy on the foundation and relay information back to them. It does this by infiltrating the foundation and cloaking itself nearby people to get infromation then will return with the knowledge it has gained to give to the CI. When it is contained the CI let it out and it can return back to them for more missions later on. It can speak to the ci via radio with simple sentences. This cat is loyal to the ci and will always try to get back to them whenever taken by the foundation
