Purpose of Test
To closely analyze the effects of SCP-208 on viruses. Specifically to observe the exact breakdown in structure in the viruses.
Hypothesis
Through analysis of the exact breakdown of a virus introduced to SCP-208 one may be able to further develop an understanding of how SCP-208’s ability works.
Test Procedures
Introduce SCP-208 to each individual blood sample containing the following viruses:
Influenza
Pneumonia
Meningitis
HPV
Herpes
Rotavirus
HIV (mostly just for kicks)
The samples after introductithe introduction will have their structure analyzed and noticeable traits recorded.
The samples will be kept in
Observations
Influenza: The cells experienced cell death in standard form for heat death.
Pneumonia: The cells experienced immediate mass cell death. The cause is difficult to discern as most cells were completely obliterated. Radiation possibly?
Meningitis: Meningitis cells were completely unable to be seen after application of SCP-208’s abilities.
HPV: Approximately 70 percent of cells experienced cell death from either heat or a yet unidentified cause.
Herpes: All cells including viral cells and nonviral cells were obliterated with no visible sign of cause.
Rotavirus: Only twenty percent of cells were destroyed.
HIV: (my man 208 rolled a 69) Another seventy percent die off, but not completely.
Analysis
The effectiveness varies from sample to sample. The Rotavirus and Herpes having the most absolute minima and maxima of effects observed respectively. The others suffered near complete destruction through means of heat.
Conclusion
From my analysis, it would seem that SCP-208’s powers seem to work on some form of a range of power, from being more or less effective at any given moment. This test should be repeated to see if these effects are consistent.
While these results do not line up entirely with my hypothesis I do believe it shows a new element to SCP-208’s healing capabilities.
Additional Notes
During the test, I remarked how odd it was that the influenza fared so well. SCP-208 responded that it might be because he had just woken from a nap.
