How will it benefit the server?: A independent force that only focuses on its own goals
Anything else to add to the suggestion?: I believe that you use ULX so you can scale the person playing as 705 to set scale 0.3, color red, and have the model be a combine solider. (scale 0.3 is the best due to the hitboxes not being janky)
I recommend that SCP-705 can't free roam, always need to be sealed by foundation staff. It breaches from a problem in the seal of the container of play-doh which activates SCP-705 to break through the seal and expand. SCP-705 is 4 slots, and if the player can either A: request staff to spawn in NPCs that are small scale set by staff, or B: there is a button inside the CC, for SCP-705 that only the job of, SCP-705 can hit which spawns in NPCs that are red and small. SCP-705 is hostile to all players and can't team with anyone but itself. SCP-705 goal is fortify and expand from its location. SCP-705 can breach when 5 security staff are on and breaches every 10 minutes they must advert "(ADS) Pressure in SCP-705 CC decreased, possibly sealant breach". SCP-705 is contained when it is placed by into its playdoh housing and sealant is applied. Sealant cannot be placed unto all players are dead, players can not respawn unless it has been a minute. SCP-705 can use vents as they are small enough to fit into them, they can not hide in vents to wait for players to respawn, they always must be on the move to capture. This is just my recommendation from myself.
