SCP-912 Emotional Response Test (11/25/2022)

Conducted by Dr. Preston

Overseen by Dr. Solstice

Authorized by Dr. Natsume

________________________________________________________________________________________

Equipment/Material(s) Used: A plastic and metal dummy that had a radio concealed on its self underneath an SCP-912 PD Uniform

Personnel Involved: Dr Solstice, Dr. Hernandez, GSU Waters, SO Patrick, an SSO who I could not catch the name of (//He left halfway), 1 D-Class personnel

SCP(s) or UA(s) Involved: SCP-912

________________________________________________________________________________________

Purpose of Test: To explore how SCP-912 reacts to being tricked, in light of how he has acted in the past

Hypothesis: I believe SCP-912 will show visible frustration or disappointment in being tricked by either physical signs or body language.

Test Procedures: The Dummy and SCP-912 were placed in the center of the room. The D-Class was put on the wall, un-cuffed. I used my radio to speak through the dummy, asking SCP-912, "912, please spark your stunstick if you can hear me." I observed what occurred.

Observations: SCP-912 Searched the dummy, finding the radio. SCP-912 then looked up at me in the observation room of the R-Wing testing chamber and pointed directly at me, then to the radio.

Analysis: It appears SCP-912 has the intelligence to differentiate from humans and dummies wearing the uniform, though this might be bypassed by using a more advanced "Handler". I do not intend to explore this as of now. It is also unknown how, upon finding the radio, SCP-912 seemingly knew it was me speaking through the radio. I am unsure if he has the intelligence to recognize voices or not, however I will note, it was quite concerning.

Conclusion: I did receive little results regarding SCP-912's reaction to deception as he immediately identified he was being tricked, and then identified the deceiver (being me). Though my hypothesis still remains mostly untested.

Additional Notes: The test was cut short briefly after SCP-912 identified the deception as SCP-173 breached containment made its way to the testing chamber. The test was postponed and I intend on returning to it, this time with a Security Officer as it's handler.
