Purpose of Test

To see if I can vaporize SCP-999s gelatin and see the effects of vapor-999.
Hypothesis

It will be hard to vaporize, but will make people happy.
Test Procedures

extract 999 goop
vaporize
let an angry d-class inhale it
Observations
The goop melted. Upon inhaling the gas from 999s goop, the D-Class immediately started laughing. He began laughing so much that his vocal cords were ruptured and began bleeding. Luckily, Sera was there to handle the damages. The D-Class became mute, but survived.
Analysis
This is too dangerous to be used on humans, pretty much a war crime. However, it may just work on other SCPs, like 682.
Conclusion
It worked, but it made them too happy.
