Purpose of Test: To see how the lightsaber reacts to different crystals being placed into the crystal slot of the lightsaber.

Test Procedures: Garnet, Amethyst, Aquamarine, Diamond, Emerald, Pearl, Ruby, Peridot, Sapphire, Opal, Topaz, Turquoise.

Theory: I believe it will have an effect on what the blades color is and how its abilities manafest

Observation:
Ruby: The blade ignited in a purple color upon opening it again the crystal had shifted to a purple color remaining that color after being flipped on, unlike the original the crystal did not return to its original color. Upon checking the ruby with a hume reader it shot up to an 8 for unknown reasons.
Sapphire: Purple again and was once more replaced by a normal lightsaber crystal again it changed the color of the gem. Upon attempting to cut a small cardboard box no differences could be identified in the cut and the originals cut. Telekinesis powers also seem the same with this crystal. Handing it to smoke caused it to turn cyan in color and when viewing the crystal it was prismatic. Due to a lack of variety in results I cut the test off here.
Conclusion: The crystals only seemed to change color when in the saber and igniting it while i didn't check it without igniting it one could guess that it likely wouldn't.

Additional Notes: Further testing should be done on the crystals as they seem to have a property of their own unlike the original that was removed.
