[Background History]: Woods was born in Havana, Cuba and remained there for 8 years of his life attending Elementary School before his mother decided to move to America to pursue a better life than what they were living in Cuba. Around when Woods was the age of 18 his father managed to make it to America after trying to scrap whatever money he could and soon started working as a Dishwasher at a local restaurant, he had Woods accompany him to help whenever he fell ill while working, at 20 he wanted to join Law Enforcement as he felt it was a good way to earn a decent wage, he quickly rose to the rank of Sergeant and being able to tryout/qualify for a position on the SWAT team which he was able to get. During his 6th deployment he encountered an undercover Foundation agent looking for possible recruits for the newly constructed Area-36, after taking the new job he quickly found out the true horrors of the world.
