Date of Incident: 4/11/22

Personnel Involved: SID LT Brannan, SID Recruit Smoke, Dr Nova, MTF agent 'Archon' (cool name), GSU Umples, and Officer Smith

SCP/UA Involved: Unknown Female UA, SCP-1111 (not sure how it even got here), SCP 106, SCP 096

Description of Incident: A white dog was seen in the facility, this was reported by MTF to be SCP-1111, which is kept at a different site and shouldn't be here. it was being chased around the facility, when nooses, garotte wires, and other sorts of stranulation devices began appearing and attempting to strangle people. 1111 was chased around the facility more, and at one point a reality anchor was deployed, the reality anchor then sank into the floor and disappeared. 1111 was finally cornered in LCZ medbay when it disappeared, and the sheets of the beds in the medbay formed bedsheet nooses. later, 106 breached containment, it was chased around the facility and a lure prepared when, its eyes turned pink, and it began SPRINTING towards the Recruit, the recruit outran 106 and 106 began sprinting towards d block, by which time the lure was already in HCZ, and then the femur breaker was used, ending the breach. no casualties were suffered suprisingly. a female voice was then heard on radio, taunting foundation personnel, saying 'Don't worry Children of the Foundation. This is just the start. i'll be back. take time and enjoy. how about one more of my children?'. then, 096 breached containment, and killed officer smith. once 096 had been bagged and cuffed it began giggling, in the same female voice. after it was recontained 096 stopped crying. it was calm.

Results of Incident: 096 is calm, a female UA has been breaching and possessing or influencing SCPs
