[Background History]: Randal Lupa was born in Ames, Iowa, and after his eighteenth birthday enlisted in the US military. He served two tours before suffering an injury to his right leg in Iraq due to a car bomb. This left his leg injured and though repaired, the US Military deemed him unfit to return to active duty.

When reviewed for recruitment it was determined his loyal nature would make him ideal, and they were correct. Immediately he was smitten with the Foundation’s ideals and made himself indispensable. When promoted to SSO he was also discovered to be an excellent role model and teacher. He entered into the FMO program but failed due to poor medical knowledge scores.

Following the shutdown of Area-XYZ Randal was transferred to Site-9, a research site specializing in the study of para tech he was entered into Project One Man, and DNA was collected for testing. However, after an event involving a medical staff, it was decided he would be transferred to Site 33.

His career at Site 33 started poorly after an SCP-682 breach left [Data Expunged], Research Overseer Simons suggested Site 9’s Project One Man be contacted. Following stability, Randy was put on active duty this was determined to be successful in improving his mental health. During his time he was promoted to MTF-Pi-1 but due to a [Data Expunged] was reappointed to SO. Around this time Randy began to demonstrate frustrated views around his treatment in the Foundation, however, it was determined his loyalty had not wavered, and was kept on active duty. He for a time served in IS where he was promoted once before an interaction between him and a superior officer and it was determined best to transfer him once more.
