"T-45 Power Armor"

Description of Incident:

The incident started when T-45 broke out of the vault, multiple SID & Gensec followed it into the main area of D-Block, just before the D-Block door. Verbal communication was being made to attempt removing T-45 from sight of D-Class & out of D-Block. Patrol Sergeant Lancaster used Morse code to communicate with T-45 which ended with success, that being T-45 understanding & communicating back in Morse code using the bright lights from the suits eyes.

T-45 communicated back with the message "SU" which stood for Soviet Union, T-45's goal was to eradicate people that was apart of the Soviet Union. After communication with Morse code was finished, T-45 moved on towards HCZ (Heavy Containment Zone) while SID & Gensec personnel follow suit. T-45's first destination inside of HCZ was SCP-035's side of Lower Heavy Containment, in which T-45 went to his CC area, thankfully it did not go into the CC or break anything while it was there. T-45 then moved onto the next SCP CC (Containment Chamber) which ended up being SCP-106, T-45 seemed to analyze & take in its surroundings while at the chamber.

Once T-45 was finished analyzing 106's CC it begun to move on towards EZ, (Entrance Zone) in which it started to move directly towards surface. Attempts were made to stop T-45 from going further into EZ but ultimately failed due to it ignoring any & all orders given to it. Once T-45 made its way up to the surface gate, SID Lieutenant Brannon told T-45 that the GOI that reside on surface were called CI, which Lieutenant Brannon explained to T-45 stood for "Communist Insurgency." Upon T-45 hearing about the CI it immediately went through the front gate & walked outside onto the desert sand. Fortunately MTF ETA-18 Commander "Ghost" managed to get T-45 back into Foundation via Humvee before it got too far & potentially into the grasp of the insurgency.

After T-45 was brought back inside, Commander "Ghost" promptly gave it orders to go back down & away from surface gate, which T-45 listened to immediately. Once T-45 was being escorted back down towards EZ, I tried to communicate with T-45 using a Text to Speech device which proved too complicated for it to use. From that point T-45 only listened to my orders due to the SID uniform camo resembling the American military uniform. T-45 was given the assignment to guard the cross-testing chambers in Lower R-Wing & detain any unauthorized personnel that may have gone down to the chambers; unauthorized personnel being D-Class, or any SCP's that may have went down to the area.

Once T-45 was at his stationed area, SCP-049 went down into Lower R-Wing which T-45 was given the orders to specifically apprehend & detain SCP-049 without injury. T-45 managed to keep SCP-049 restrained for a short period before SCP-049 broke out of T-45's grasp using a syringe with acid that spilled over the helmet & visor of itself. After the scuffle, SCP-049 was re-contained by SID personnel & T-45 brought back down into cross-testing chambers which I inspected the damage on its helmet, fortunately it didn't melt through the helmet or damage T-45, it barely corroded the paint off. T-45 was told to stand guard in the chambers until further orders, it then shut itself down after all personnel left the area.

Minor paint damage to T-45's armor. Ways of communication towards T-45 & who it listens to uniform wise.
