Description:

049 requests to have an interview to increase bonds between him and the foundation. First H.C.U., me, reach CC as 049 breaches in front of 1st H.C.U. requesting an interview with Jackson. 1st HCU guides 049 towards the LCZ CP after making sure that 049 only has positive intent. Upon reaching LCZ CP, Bes, Horno, and 2 other H.C.U.s take 049 to Jackson, restrain him, and bring him to LCZ Break Room to conduct an interview.

Notes:

Better containment procedures could have been followed, i.e. More than 1 security could have gone to 049; 049 could have been restrained immediately before being brought to Jackson, who could have been killed.
