How will it benefit the server?: They were fun to play as and interact with, and some people played it like a damn way of life. I think it would just be nice to have them back.
Anything else to add to the suggestion?: Nah.

# K9J6YLXNBz3N2jVmMain problem is that they didn't really do much or add anything to the server, and most people never played 999 or 912, which made them just fill up slots.
