To be as small as possible, either 4'9" or 5'0", and lose speed and lose -10 to combat rolls, but gain a +5 to dodging rolls. Adding this kind of diversity into D-Class both increases roleplay and is pretty funny at the same time.

Josh had a rough life, being bullied and picked on from his age for being extremely short due to his midget parents. After reaching puberty, he had high hopes, but they did nothing for his height, making him angry. He finally had enough of it after being called a 'shortass' on the streets by multiple people, before he revealed a Glock from his holster and shot all of the antagonists, before having the police called. Despite him thinking they deserved it, he was arrested and charged for murder, before being brought into the SCP Foundation.
