Ticket System?

Hello, I'd like to recommend a ticket system for admins to see who needs what and when they posted/asked for assistance. I'd like to add on top of that to not let it replace the current @ cause having a faster @ system is better for the RP side of things. However some non RP related matters can get ignored for a long time so having a way for staff to look at tickets could help them stay organized on who claimed what person and who's helping who.

Feel free to add on to why you agree/disagree or if you have a different suggestion related to the same topic of making admin/mod life easier.

+ Support, we definitely need this. Not just because of things getting missed, but also what needs to be done. As a super, I have SID trainings and people will ask for like 3-4 people to get characters moved and would be way easier if a ticket system showed in the top of my screen saying what to do.

+1 that guy really knows what he is talking about and is also likely super cool and hot so his opinion is cool too. And feedback, suggestions... like two sides of the same coin but one is like after an experience(a painfully long and agonizing one) ya know? So yeah, super mega big brain to the guy who made this post, should probable get an award or something for his efforts.
