UA Event: The Christmas Truce

Event Name: The Christmas Truce

Event Type: Passive/Canon (Could be a one off event or be canon, has the ability to be set up for both)

Story: An extraordinarily old man will enter the area via the Tram room. Upon arrival, he will find the nearest human or humanoid and will attempt to show and give them a black and white photo of "The Christmas Truce" from WWI and talk to them about his times in the war, and how this moment was the greatest experience he'd ever had. Upon viewing the photo, any person who sees it will cease any hostilities and drop any firearm held out (does not apply to weapons in holsters or on slings) for 10 minutes (can be adjusted) and begin to fraternize and attempt to show the photo with everybody and anybody in the immediate vicinity. If nobody is in the immediate vicinity, they will seek someone out to do so. After successfully disseminating the photo, the man will thank the person for freeing him and promptly crumble into dust. The holder of the photo will become impervious to any damage and be in the passive state permanently until they can pass the photo onto someone else. The photo can only be taken willingly, if someone is forced to take it (such as it is planted on the person without their knowledge or they are FearRPd into taking it) the person who is forced to take it will have no effect from the photo, but will feel compelled to give it to the nearest person. Anybody under the effects of the photo can be removed from their pacifist state if they are attacked it any way, such as a slap across the face, tackled, shot at, etc. This does NOT include verbal assault, they will simply act as if they do not hear the abuser and continue to try and fraternize and show them the photo. These effects can be passed to most humanoid SCPs such as 076-2, 397, 5151 (Though witnessing anything he could consider dishonorable will remove him from this state), 049, 082, and 208, but NOT SCPs such as 953, 343, 035-2 as they have significant abilities already that would combat this.
