UA General Assessment "Call of the Sea of Blood"

Foundation Staff involved: Vault Security "Rook", Intelligence Services Xray, and two others unnamed, Sergeant Cloaker, and Sergeant Floyd

Report: From what I have collected from hearsay and other sources on the scene of the incident is that a pool of blood that accumulated in the D-Black Shower room began whispering to Staff that approached it. It mentions a Sea of Blood and a 'Speaker'. Only one was reported to be effected by the whispers/pool and that was Senior Officer Jones who was detained for questioning. Regarding samples of the pool of blood it would seem the blood is normal with the exception of unknown matter "eating" away the white blood cells. Attempts to use the centrifuge to separate the matter proved ineffective and the rest of the sample is stored away for now pending termination or further testing.

Here is a conversation transcript with General Security Staff affected by the presence of the Blood pool, Senior Officer Jones. Note that for the duration of the conversation Officer Jones continuously attempts to bash the glass walls of his CC in the vault.

START CONVERSATION

Dr. Solomon: "What is your name?"

Senior Officer Jones: "The blood sea calls its tide shall drag us beneath!"

"If you keep bashing the glass like that you will only hurt yourself."

"Death would grant me unity with the sea and what lies beneath."

"What is the Sea of Blood?"

"The blood calls I shall be swept by its waves, its tide shall claim me!"

"Why do you seek the Sea of Blood?"

"It calls! The purpose lies beneath its waves!"

"What calls you beneath the waves?"

"UNWORTHY TO HEAR ITS CALL!"

"The prophet of the blood sea!"

What do you know of the other entities mutations across the room?"

"Mutation? What a funny word to use!"

"You have no idea what it is you are dealing with."

"What is beneath the waves of the Sea of Blood?"

"He lies beneath the sea, his battered and rotted corpse."

"I shall be reunited."

"What does this corpse offer you for joining it?"

"Unity."

"Define Unity."

"Unity means unity?"

"To be one."

"Do you think you will find unity here, locked in this cell?"

"HEHEHHEEHEHE! It wants this. It has to be this way."

"Yes."

"A step."

"Situation up top was handled."

"In time."

"You shall sea."

"Hehehehhehehehehehehehehehe."

What is beneath the waves? How do you reach this corpse?"

"Past those that dwell in the depths."

"You can't even imagine."

END CONVERSATION

After the conversation I gathered with the IS and Vault Security and we decided to see amnestics would revert the Officer back to a previous state. They are shown to work if applied in a proper time span and Officer Jones seems himself again. He was released after a quick interview with myself where I checked on his general vitals and mental health through phycological questioning.

Assessment: As of this moment I can come to no conclusions as to this "Sea of Blood" nor the "Speaker". As you can see in the Conversation with afflicted personnel no information regarding the whereabouts of the "Sea of Blood" were gathered and blood samples yielded little results. Further testing of the blood sample may be require to understand its origin but as of this moment much of this anomaly remains a mystery.
