--FOUNDATION ENGINEERING REPAIR LOG--

Personnel Involved: Engineer Joel,Marshal Fischer, Vault Security Muller,

Description of the Issue: Vault door was destroyed using explosives by a GOI, leaving a melted mess and nothing salvageable.

Tools Required: Plasma Torch, MIG Welder,Drill

Materials Required: Several steel plates, a door-handle, a few bolts.

Description of Repair: Removal of the melted debris from the old door using a plasma torch, used a MIG and a drill to assemble the temporary vault door, which was then installed in place of the old door.

Future Repair Required? (Optional) : Yes, additional parts will need to be ordered the current fix is only a band-aid fix for now.

Additional Notes: We may need to request a stronger door altogether since the previous one was destroyed so easily.
