--FOUNDATION ENGINEERING REPAIR LOG--

Personnel Involved: Head Engineer Rurik, Engineer Joel, Engineering Lieutenant Sathos, Vault Security Agent [Classified]

Description of the Issue: The vault door was melted previously by a GOI and required repair, parts were delivered and repair began.

Tools Required: MIG Welder, Drill

Materials Required: Supplies provided by command: Several metal panels, moving vault door parts, electronics, misc. vault door components, Bolts.

Description of Repair: First the door components we received were delivered and unpacked. Secondly, we assembled the door, making use of schematics provided. Thirdly, we used a MIG Welder to attach the door components together. Fourthly, we bolted the door into place.
