vFire - dynamic fire

vFire makes fire more dynamic, allowing it to spread to nearby objects, last longer (and even grow) if it has a fuel source. They are also more visually realistic and can spread to floors, walls, and ceilings, making them work as visual setpieces for RP Mods. Flames can simply be spread around by an RP Mod to give the sense of things going out of control.

vFire is highly configurable, so we can change:
* How fast and severe fire spreads
* How much damage it does
* How fast the fire decays

Theres also a kill-switch command for all currently active fires, being "vfire_remove_all"

vFire is EXTREMELY LAGGY I will not be implementing it at all unless the creator makes it more optimized [Oh and it replaces the default fire system so 457 would break]
